We have 4 types of inspections, which can be hired:
Pre production: In this type of inspection, we check that the factory has all the necessary materials to start the production of the requested product at the agreed time, and we also verify that these materials correspond to what was requested by the client
During the production: The merchandise that is being produced will be inspected so that the client can check through a photographic report that complies with the indications requested to the factory, and if necessary and if the product allows it, a production sample can be taken for the client to review it.
The inspection is governed by the international standard AQL 2.5, but if the client wishes this level of inspection can be increased under specific specification and prior quotation.
After the product has been produced, a pre-shipment inspection will be carried out in order to verify that the goods that are to be shipped have been manufactured according to your requirements. This is the most requested service, and it works very well with suppliers with whom you have had previous experience.
Our inspectors are present in the loading of the goods in the container and it is verified that the cargo of the same is correct.
